* Payment Terms: 

Goods will be dispatched once full payment has been received. The goods will be held for a maximum of two (2) weeks from the date of invoice. We do not offer an accounts service, all payments are to be made before goods are dispatched.Payment can be made via Credit Card, Paypal or Direct Bank Transfer: 


* Returns / Refunds 

We do not accept order cancellations or change of mind returns. All carriers are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping, however, please ensure you inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Items deemed faulty should be returned ONLY after a credit or replacement has been approved by Zarpar Bebe. Returned carriers will not be accepted if they are held for more than 15 days after receipt. 


 * Warranty 

Zarpar Bebe products have a twelve (12) month warranty from the date of purchase. If any product becomes faulty within this period, please first contact Zarpar team and then return the product to our Head Office. If we assess the product as faulty, Zarpar Bebe will reimburse the postage and take one of the following actions: 1) Repair and return; 2) If not repairable, send replacement; 3) If replacement unavailable, we may ask customer to choose another item of the same value from our range; 4) if customer does not wish to choose a new item, we will credit the customers account including postage. 


* International Orders 

You are responsible for any local taxes, import duties or additional charges payable within your country. Please check before placing your order to avoid any surprises. 


* Discounting 

If you plan to run promotions or markdowns in store, the Zarpar Bebe carriers cannot be marked down further than 25% off RRP at any time and for not longer than a period of 2 weeks. 


 Payment receipt indicates you accept the above terms
