A full morning of movement with Abigail from The Awake Movement. Abigails gift of creating a safe space allowing you to drop into your body without inhibition is true magic for the soul.
Sheridin from Yindi Magic will then guide us through a beautiful clay hand building workshop to create a treasured cosmic keepsake.
