Australia Wide Shipping
Shipping is sent via our door to door courier partner, you will receive a tracking number and link to follow your parcel's journey. Please only physical addresses, no PO boxes.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order is processed, the following is a guide only.
Sunshine Coast: Same or following Business Day.
QLD/VIC/NSW/ACT/SA: 1- 3 Business Days
TAS/WA/NT: 7 -10 Business Days.
You have the option at checkout to select with or without signature on delivery. If you choose to have your carrier delivered without signature on delivery, we cannot be responsible for any missing parcels in this instance.
If you place an order that includes pre-ordered items, your order will be sent once all of your items are ready to be shipped. Please place separate orders if you would like your in-stock items to be sent immediately.
Absolutely! Please select your destination at checkout for tracked delivery.
Please Note: Shipping to USA & Canada is not currently available. This is a work in progress and they will be available to your shores very soon. Add your email to our database so you don't miss out on their release.
International Customs + Duty Taxes
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns and Exchanges
We totally understand that Baby Wearing is a personal thing, everyone has a slightly different idea on what feels comfortable for them. We also understand buying a Baby Carrier online can feel a little intimidating having not ever tried it on.
Which is why we are more than happy to exchange or refund your carrier for change of mind, provided it is returned unused, and the carrier and packaging should be in a new and saleable condition.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your carrier should you wish to return it to email@example.com
In this case, you will be responsible for the return postage charges.
If there is a fault with your carrier that you believe would be a safety concern, please also contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Please note that all of our products are handmade, meaning that stitching lines may not be perfect, and these human 'flaws' add to the beauty of a handmade one-of-a-kind product rather than mass produced. These 'flaws' do not compromise the safety of your product nor do they warrant a refund.
